These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Nadiance Touch website, booking system, services, and products. By using our website or booking with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Booking & Appointments
All appointments must be booked via our website, social media, or by phone/WhatsApp.
A confirmation message will be sent once your booking is accepted.
Late arrivals over 15 minutes may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
2. Service Policy
Results vary based on individual skin, hair type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare.
We may decline a service if we believe it may cause harm due to health conditions or contraindications.
Consultations may be required for certain treatments.
Customers must disclose allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before treatment.
3. Payments & Refunds
Payments can be made via cash, POS, bank transfer, or online payment.
Completed services are non-refundable.
Deposits (when required) are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date if rescheduled properly.
Retail products are not refundable if opened or used.
Damaged or incorrect product deliveries must be reported within 24 hours.

Not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the website
Not to submit false or fraudulent booking information
Not to copy any content, images, or materials without permission
Not to attempt unauthorized access to our booking system, emails, or servers

5. Health & Safety
All clients must follow spa hygiene and safety regulations.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone showing signs of contagious conditions, infections, open wounds, or other concerns.
Pregnant clients must notify us before choosing certain treatments.
6. Liability
Nadiance Touch is not responsible for:
Reactions due to undisclosed allergies or medical conditions
Results affected by improper aftercare
Loss of personal items on the premises
Damages due to circumstances beyond our control (internet issues, power outages, etc.)
Our responsibility is limited to the cost of the service provided.
7. Promotions & Discounts
Discounts cannot be combined unless stated.
Promotions are subject to availability and may be changed or removed at any time.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any dispute will be resolved within the applicable Nigerian legal system.
